We live in Wellington Florida, a section of Palm Beach County.
I was raised in the Boston area and all my life I had a basement to store things and/or set up a play room to use for any number of things.
Well, here is S.Florida we do not have basements and all the wood strusses running through the attic make it a tough spot too.
